Highlights

🗑️ Post-retention “delete renditions” lets Record managers configure retention rules that upon disoposal will remove the renditions from the package while keeping the package.

🗑️ Post-Retention Delete Renditions

A new post-retention action Record managers configure retention rules that upon disoposal will remove the renditions from the package while keeping the package. This ensures compliance, preserves auditability, and reduces storage without losing contextual information.

📤 Export Selected Items to CSV

You can now select multiple items and export them in a single CSV file. This makes reporting and data extraction faster and more flexible.

🔄 Transfer AIP

A new feature allows users to automatically generate a SIP from a selected package and ingest it into another tenant.

ℹ️ About Section in Vault Admin, Explorer & Review

A new About popup provides key product details at a glance, including the product name, version number, license details, and links to help manuals and the support desk.

🧾 Deletion List Rule Configuration

Retention rules can now be configured to determine what action is executed once a deletion list is approved, providing more flexibility and control.

⏫ Package Upload Progress & Chunked Uploads

The package upload screen now displays a progress bar for large uploads, along with chunked upload support to improve reliability for big packages.

📝 Simplified Forms for Ingest, Notifications & Reports

Forms for ingest, notification configuration, and report configuration have been streamlined with clearer descriptions, improved labels.

➕ Standardized Create Button

The Create (+) button now opens the creation form directly, skipping unnecessary steps and making it faster to start new configurations.

🛡️ Document Actions, Sidebar and Tabs Cleanup

Document Actions, Sidebar Items and Tabs have been reviewed and cleaned up with proper permissions and role based access to ensure consistent visibility and reduce clutter.

📍 Fileplan Context Highlighting in Vault Admin

When a package is selected in Vault Admin, the fileplan tree view now highlights its location

The Create Package and Update Metadata screens have been redesigned for a consistent and improved user experience.

User manuals have been expanded with new guides covering collections, retention rules, deletion lists, scheduled reports, notifications, uploading documents, and more.

🔐 Improved Logout Flow

After a successful logout, users are now redirected back to the login screen for a smoother and more consistent experience.

🚀 Large-Scale Ingest Performance

Significant performance improvements have been made for handling large-scale ingests, reducing processing times and improving scalability.

⚡ Improved Service Availability

We’ve enhanced backend serivces to guarantee avaiablity of processes even after long periods of beeing unused (typically in testing environments). This reduces issues that could be caused by cold starts of services and improves the overall reliability of background operations.

Bug Fixes

📑 Metadata Template Access Fix

Metadata templates can now be viewed correctly. A bug causing a 404 error when opening templates has been resolved.

Navigation links in the UI that caused 404 errors have been fixed. Breadcrumbs now display consistently across archive, collections, and reports.

📂 Capture UI Task Reload Fix

In the Capture UI, tasks now reload correctly after a page refresh or internal reload. This resolves issues where tasks failed to open after refreshing.

📄 PDF Conversion Stability Fix

Fixed an issue where PDF conversions could hang due to a 10-minute HTTP client timeout. Conversions now complete reliably.

📊 Dashboard Package Count Fix

An issue that could prevent the package count from displaying on the dashboard has been resolved.

🧾 Deletion List Actions Fix

Buttons to review and approve deletion lists are now always visible to assigned reviewers. The screen layout has also been cleaned up to make review tracking clearer.
