👤 User Management in Vault Explorer
Vault Explorer now includes user management capabilities so administrators can manage users directly from the UI, including role assignment and account administration (view, add/edit, disable, reset password).
▶️ “Run report now” (on-demand report execution)
In addition to scheduled report generation, reports can now be executed immediately and downloaded right after the run.
🧾 Parquet export for usage reports
A new report export option allows usage reports to be exported in Parquet format, enabling consumption through Athena and BI tooling.
📘 Functional documentation guide
A new customer-facing functional guide has been added covering all modules.
🔑 Password Reset for Local Users
Local users managed directly in Keycloak (not Azure AD or other external IAM integrations) can now reset their own passwords through a standard “Forgot Password” flow.
📈 Usage report type
A dedicated usage report type has been added that consolidates tenant and environment storage/volume metrics for billing and operational monitoring
🗄️ Profile-based archiving configuration
Archiving profiles have been extended to support additional configuration beyond timestamp and retention policies. Profiles can now define ingest-related settings such as SIP storage policies and pre/post ingest actions.

🗓️ Vault Explorer date filter freeze fix
Resolved an issue where selecting a date filter could cause the UI to freeze.
🔎 Vault Admin search results refresh fix
Resolved an issue where switching back to an already filled-in search screen would not rerun the search, causing results not to show.
📄 Package query reports fix
Resolved an issue where package query report outputs were empty.
📎 Email conversion fails with PDF form attachments
Fixed an issue where emails containing PDF attachments with form fields could not be merged with the email body during conversion.
📊 ODS attachments fail in EmailToPdfConversion
Fixed an issue where ODS (OpenDocument Spreadsheet) attachments were not supported in the EmailToPdfConversion engine, causing conversion failures
